Herringbone Animation is an independent 2D animation studio founded in 2024 by story artist Meridian Gray Culpepper to revive feature-quality 2D animation for the modern movie going audience.
Over 50 artists from studios like Disney Animation, Warner Brothers, Dreamworks, Nickelodeon, Laika and Netflix Animation are working on our first short film "Planet Jane" set for a 2027 fall release.​​
